You can back up and restore databases as often as you’d like, however, you can only initiate a restore after any previous backup or restore request has completed.
Note :
MySQL and MSSQL may be different databases, but in the Hosting Control Center, the process of backing up and restoring them is virtually the same.
Backing Up a MySQL or MSSQL Database

To Backup a MySQL or MSSQL Database

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
4. In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click the icon for the type of database you want to backup.
